Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on www.christopheloeffel.com . If you are not satisfied with your physical or digital product for any reason, we are here to help.

1. Return Conditions for Physical Products

1.1 You may return a physical product within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

  • The product must be accompanied by its original packaging and all provided accessories.

2. Refund Conditions for Digital Products

2.1 Digital products, such as e-books, are refundable if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, within a maximum period of 7 days after payment.

2.2 Please note that e-books are intended for the buyer's personal use only and may not be shared or distributed to third parties.

3. Return Process

3.1 To return a product, please contact our customer service at the following email address: info@christopheloeffel.com. Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

3.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund

4.1 After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or does not conform to the order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at the email address provided above. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

6. Exchanges

6.1 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for another, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Exceptions

7.1 Certain products, such as final sale items or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for more details.
