5. Refund
5.1 Commercial refund guarantee
We offer a commercial refund option for the gift voucher for 14 days from the date of purchase, provided it has not been used to book or attend a course. This option does not constitute the presentation of a general right of withdrawal provided for by Swiss law.
Any mandatory customer rights and refunds due in the event of cancellation or inability to provide the service remain reserved.
5.2 Cases for Refund
In addition to the 14-day commercial guarantee and the customer's mandatory rights, a refund may be requested in the following cases:
Cancellation by the service provider: If the private pastry course is canceled by Christophe Loeffel for reasons beyond the customer's control (e.g., illness, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure), the customer may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the course.

Request under the commercial guarantee: the request must be sent within 14 days of purchasing the gift voucher to info@christopheloeffel.com, provided that no booking has been made. This timeframe does not limit requests resulting from cancellation by the service provider, inability to provide the service, or a mandatory right.
Refund method: If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method (bank card, bank transfer, etc.), within 30 days after acceptance of the request.
5.4 Cases for No Refund
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
No-show or late cancellation: If the customer does not show up for the booked course without canceling at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, the gift voucher will be considered used and no refund may be requested.
Program modification: minor adjustments that do not affect the essential characteristics of the course are communicated to the customer. A change of date or location proposed by Christophe Loeffel must be agreed upon with the customer. If the course cannot be provided under the agreed conditions, the provisions relating to cancellation by the service provider apply.
